Ethics Violation Reporting is a communication channel that helps prevent losses and misconduct<\/strong> within the company. As part of the Ethics Management System<\/strong>, it is a mechanism designed to protect the company’s corporate identity<\/strong> and facilitate employees’ working life<\/strong>.<\/p>

Mutlucan Ethics Violation Reporting<\/strong> has been established so that company employees<\/strong>, auditors<\/strong>, consultants<\/strong>, authorized sales agents<\/strong>, corporate customers<\/strong>, and other individuals and organizations working in cooperation with Mutlucan, as well as our guests<\/strong>, can report to the Ethics Board<\/strong> any matters, employee behavior and practices<\/strong> they believe do not comply with the Mutlucan Business Ethics Rules<\/strong>. Mutlucan<\/strong> applies these ethics rules in order to resolve conflicts of interest<\/strong> in professional and personal relationships, demonstrate honest working practices<\/strong>, and ensure the confidentiality of company information<\/strong>.<\/p>
