Ethics Violation Reporting is a communication channel that helps prevent losses and misconduct within the company. As part of the Ethics Management System, it is a mechanism designed to protect the company’s corporate identity and facilitate employees’ working life.
Mutlucan Ethics Violation Reporting has been established so that company employees, auditors, consultants, authorized sales agents, corporate customers, and other individuals and organizations working in cooperation with Mutlucan, as well as our guests, can report to the Ethics Board any matters, employee behavior and practices they believe do not comply with the Mutlucan Business Ethics Rules. Mutlucan applies these ethics rules in order to resolve conflicts of interest in professional and personal relationships, demonstrate honest working practices, and ensure the confidentiality of company information.
